About me

Clinical and Health Psychologist (MA), I trained at the University of Florence, while turning my attention to the world of the Arts (in particular drawing and painting, Gestalt theater, photography) of which I have always been passionate about. In fact, I continued personal research and study in Art Therapy in groups at Goldsmith College in London and at the LABA Libera Academy of Fine Arts, where I deepened my research in the world of Visual Arts and design.

Later on in Barcelona, where I currently live, I approached the discipline of Coaching, which I regularly practice with clients from all over the world, integrating the Fusiòn Coaching method with my knowledge of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness (MBSR) and Creativity applied to personal and group development .

Specialized as Trainer for trainers, I also train teachers of elementary, middle and high schools in the Erasmus + framework, between Florence and Barcelona in collaboration with the European Academy of Creativity and Europass teacher Academy.

Co-founder of Florence Design Week, the Design Festival of Florence, I held the position of head of special and educational projects for the festival for few years, and I approached the discipline of Design, deepening the relationships between Art and Design, as already the relationships between Art, Psychology and Tourism, also through a series of interventions in London within the IDES Contemporary Italian Design Showcase project, at the London Design Festival.

Psychology, design of living, artistic experiences and art therapy, come together in the production and management of training courses and experiential courses, for professionals in the education and health sectors and for the general public, in collaboration with public institutions, private companies, and public administration (Municipality of Florence, Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, Patronat de Costa Brava i Girona, Fila Giotto Spain, ISFAR Florence, Fundaciòn Setba, etc).

Among the events and educational interventions for the broad public: Florence Design Week, London Design Festival, China (Shenzhen) International Industrial Design Fair Festival, Cadaques Costa Brava Sensorium, Posidonia Festival, Drap Art, Florence Biennale, Library National Central of Florence, State Archives of Florence, Barcelona Italy Festival, Coast Day Barcelona, The Travel Festival.
